In this section, we publish notices and notices under the Statute of the IIP, thus fulfilling the formalities aimed at providing transparency and visibility for decisions made in their collective bodies.

BOARD MEETING OF THE OFFICE INTRANET PORTAL - IIP, 11/01/2010 DAY TO 18.00 HOURS.

Are hereby summoned under the current statute in force, members of the Executive From the Institute Intranet Portal - IIP, IIP also known by the acronym for the Board Meeting, to be installed in accordance with article 36 of the Statute, acting by the majority present , on January 11, 2010 at 18:00 pm at the headquarters of the association, Avenida Presidente Altino, 603 - Cj. 22, Jaguaré, Sao Paulo - SP.

It is the agenda of this meeting, the following issues:

1) Consideration and Vote on Proposed plans associated with fixed annuities, categories and subcategories of individuals and legal entities.

Are hereby summoned under the current statute in force, members of the Executive From the Institute Intranet Portal - IIP, IIP also known by the acronym for the Board Meeting, to be installed in accordance with article 36 of the Statute, acting by the majority present , on November 2, 2010 at 18:00 pm at the headquarters of the association, Avenida Presidente Altino, 603 - Cj. 22, Jaguaré, Sao Paulo - SP.

It is the agenda of this meeting, the following issues:

1) Consideration and Vote on Proposal to recast the association plans, with fixed annuities, categories and subcategories of individuals and legal entities, including the creation of Category Maintainer.
