The Institute Intranet Portal is a non-profit association (popularly known as NGOs - non-governmental organization), governed by a statute .
This means that your maximum authority is the General Assembly of members that regularly elects the Board and the Supervisory Board.
It also means that all who work in their bodies are VOLUNTEERS and members representative of the market (and rightfully so, usually working in organizations and companies linked to it).

Note: the quotation of companies where directors work just for context, since they act at the Institute as INDIVIDUALS (thus represent only themselves - so much so that a possible change of job no effect on its position director of the entity).
On that occasion, was also elected the Supervisory Board (body that also is renewed each term) and their alternates.
The Institute also has an Advisory Board composed of representatives of the market, academia and customers, formed from calls made by the direction of the entity.
Most recently, he also created the Communication Coordination, headed by Luis Fernando Iwashita.
ADVISORY BOARD
The Advisory Council consists of outstanding professionals, they are acting in the gym, in organizations in the suppliers or customers.
Fulfills two important roles: to lend credibility to the Institute and contribute to their actions are aligned with reality and with cutting-edge concepts.
They also act as a Board Prize Intranet Portal, reviewing and validating the assessment criteria each year.
