The Institute Intranet Portal belongs to any person or company?

No. The Institute is an association duly registered and regularized, where members and renew periodically elect its officers and directors tax among those who belong to the membership.

All that work there are volunteers and do not represent organizations (although they may work in client companies or suppliers, represent only themselves as individuals who are volunteers).

The Institute is a nonprofit organization, an NGO - so there is no profit to distribute to anyone.

Who can join the Institute Intranet Portal?

There are three potential types of membership: Individuals (professionals, students, researchers), customers (companies that make use of intranets and corporate portals) and suppliers (companies that offer products and / or services directly or indirectly related to the segment). Any person or business that falls into one of three profiles can be associated, noting that the Institute operates nationwide.

For determination of the Statute, all new requests for membership must be approved by the Board.

What are the rights and duties of the member?

The rights and duties of the member, and all the standardization of operation of the Institute are listed in your Estatuto.Como example of duty, all must contribute to the sustainability of the entity, with the payment of an annuity.

Among those rights, there are those that are universal (such as voting for the election of Directors and the Supervisory Board) and those that are specific to the type and category of membership (stocks, exclusive content and discounts, for example).
