A) COORDINATION OF EVENTS

• It is our initial service, where we organize your corporate event. The full responsibility for the management and logistics is borne by the IIP, but our brand not appear on any materials (we act only as a service provider, the event is all yours).

- Who is?

• In any supplier (of any type and of any segment), since the expertise in question is the organization of the event, not limited to any theme. For this service, we work mainly in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, where we already have a range of accredited suppliers.

- What is covered?

• Planning (including system monitoring via web, transparently);
• Indication, articulation and joint choice of all suppliers (local, reception, photography, filming, etc.);
• Supervision of the preparation and execution, in the day of the event;
• Detailed accountability;
• Optional: INSTITUTIONAL SUPPORT AND RELEASE and / or SPECIAL PARTICIPATION (see below).

- Who is?

• As the universe of IIP is specific, this offer is targeted to suppliers (products or services) that operate in the following areas: web (internet, intranet, social networking, etc.), information management (ECM, search, etc.), and knowledge management / innovation. For this service, there is no geographical limitations - we can support and publicize events throughout Brazil (including roadshows).

- What is covered?

• Formal support of the IIP to your event, this fact can be made widely available for you;
• Disclosure of your event, highlighting (banners may involve, for example), on the site of the IIP;
• Disclosure of your event, recursively, in other channels maintained by IIP (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Network VIP);
• Optional: EVENT COORDINATION and / or SPECIAL PARTICIPATION (see details on other offers on that page).

• All items described in the above offers (coordination, dissemination, speakers), with one important difference: instead of a support for a third event, this will be treated as an event of the Institute, which will put all your weight and reputation to it a success.
• You define, together with the IIP, how and what will be your share (and their employees) at the event, choosing the format, the topics covered and the dynamics of it. Recalling that the event is just her and the IIP, without the presence of any other supplier.
